Step-by-step instructions

Open the Telegram-bot API section in website settings. Create a token, give the developer the API address and token, and configure RELTO_API_TOKEN in the bot. This button does not create or launch a Telegram bot automatically.

Keep the API token in integration configuration, not in an article, listing or public repository. If it is exposed, create a new token and test the integration after replacement.

With the developer, test published-listing retrieval and a test lead in the CRM. The API exposes public data without owner contacts. A new token immediately disables the old one, so update the bot configuration after rotation.
Check the result
Confirm with the developer that the bot responds, shows public listings and submits a test lead. The real token must not appear on a website page, property description or client screenshot.
If something goes wrong
If a menu item or button is missing, ask your administrator to check your permissions and the module. Do not create another record just because the first attempt is not immediately visible.
