Use your own account. Available sections depend on your permissions and the modules enabled for your agency.

Step-by-step instructions
-
Save the property and open its photos. Upload clear images without private documents or owner phone numbers. Choose an image that best represents the apartment as the first photo.
-
Enable website publication in the website and access section, then save the property. Check the website catalogue, not only the direct link; its category must also be available on the website.
-
The shared base shows accessible listings from other agencies. Normal website publications are included automatically unless excluded. Your agency’s own listings are hidden from its shared-base view.
-
Configure street, building number, apartment number and map visibility separately. After saving, inspect the public page in another window; the internal CRM record can contain more details.
-
Save your changes and reopen the record. Check that the values are correct; if a validation message appears, correct the highlighted fields.
Check the result
Reopen the record and check its values. If published, inspect the client-facing page separately: internal and public information are not always identical.
If something goes wrong
If a menu item or button is missing, ask your administrator to check your permissions and the module. Do not create another record just because the first attempt is not immediately visible.
