Website access: publication, direct links and closure

Choose access settings based on how clients should discover the property.

Use your own account. Available sections depend on your permissions and the modules enabled for your agency.

Where to find it

Sale → Apartments

Save · Save and go to photos · Save and return to list

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Direct-link access opens a property by URL without adding it to website lists. Closed access blocks the public page even by direct link. These modes differ from normal publication.

  2. Enable website publication in the website and access section, then save the property. Check the website catalogue, not only the direct link; its category must also be available on the website.

  3. Configure street, building number, apartment number and map visibility separately. After saving, inspect the public page in another window; the internal CRM record can contain more details.

  4. Save your changes and reopen the record. Check that the values are correct; if a validation message appears, correct the highlighted fields.

Check the result

Reopen the record and check its values. If published, inspect the client-facing page separately: internal and public information are not always identical.

If something goes wrong

If a menu item or button is missing, ask your administrator to check your permissions and the module. Do not create another record just because the first attempt is not immediately visible.
