Set the category, city and budget first, then add rooms, area and other characteristics. Apply the filter and check the result count; overly narrow criteria may hide a suitable property.

Switch between cards, list and map while keeping the same filters. Cards emphasise photos, lists compare specifications and maps show location. Hovering over the shared-base list opens a mini preview.

Open a listing for photos, specifications and agent contacts. Building and apartment numbers, owner phones and internal information are not exposed; shared-map points indicate an approximate area, not the exact building.
Check the result
Open a result and check it against the criteria. Changing filters should update the result set; zero results do not mean the underlying data was deleted.
If something goes wrong
If a menu item or button is missing, ask your administrator to check your permissions and the module. Do not create another record just because the first attempt is not immediately visible.
