Step-by-step instructions
-
Set the category, city and budget first, then add rooms, area and other characteristics. Apply the filter and check the result count; overly narrow criteria may hide a suitable property.
-
Apply criteria in your own property list and save the filter. Name it after the search goal, such as “2 rooms up to USD 80,000”; it stores criteria, not a frozen list of apartments.
-
If there are no results, relax one criterion at a time: district, upper price or area. This identifies which condition excludes listings; also check whether you are viewing current or archived properties.
Check the result
Open a result and check it against the criteria. Changing filters should update the result set; zero results do not mean the underlying data was deleted.
If something goes wrong
If a menu item or button is missing, ask your administrator to check your permissions and the module. Do not create another record just because the first attempt is not immediately visible.
