Step-by-step instructions
-
Prepare a copy of the Excel file, choose a category and a column-to-CRM mapping template. Check city, district, currency and phones; file format and row count must meet the form’s limits.
-
Upload the file and inspect the preview before confirming. Check several different rows, then choose current listings or external-base quarantine. Test a small sample first.
-
If import results are unexpected, check recent imports and the created records. Do not blindly upload the whole file again, as this can create duplicates.
Check the result
Compare the number and contents of created records with the sample rows. Keep the source copy and corrected mapping before migrating the full database.
If something goes wrong
If a menu item or button is missing, ask your administrator to check your permissions and the module. Do not create another record just because the first attempt is not immediately visible.
