Opening a personal link assigns the agent to that visitor for 7 days by default. Other listings on this website show the agent’s contacts and leads are assigned to them; normal browsing does not extend the period.

The administrator can choose off, 6 hours, 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days in website settings. A new personal link from another agent switches attribution. The cookie applies to one browser on this domain.

Attribution does not carry over to another device, deleted cookies or a closed private session. The client needs to reopen the personal link; do not promise automatic recognition across devices.

Test the link in another browser or private window. Your contacts should appear even if a colleague created the listing. Confirm the property is accessible to the client through the link.
Check the result
Open the exact material the client will receive. Check property access, price and contacts; test personal links and PDF files separately.
If something goes wrong
If a menu item or button is missing, ask your administrator to check your permissions and the module. Do not create another record just because the first attempt is not immediately visible.
