Step-by-step instructions
-
Enter rooms, area, floor and total floors where these fields exist for the selected property type. Check that living area and kitchen area have not been confused with total area.
-
Select the building project, layout and state-program option from the lists. Do not replace unknown information with a guess: confirm the owner’s willingness to accept a state-funded purchase separately.
-
Select a top zone in the property’s location section. It is an additional search and matching attribute, not a replacement for city, district or street; complete those address fields separately.
-
Save your changes and reopen the record. Check that the values are correct; if a validation message appears, correct the highlighted fields.
Check the result
Reopen the record and check its values. If published, inspect the client-facing page separately: internal and public information are not always identical.
If something goes wrong
If a menu item or button is missing, ask your administrator to check your permissions and the module. Do not create another record just because the first attempt is not immediately visible.
